This is an exciting time in our family. You see the Cinelli Brothers: Joseph, Peter, Gianni and Gaitano, (Anna Maria, our sister, is still in Florida with our Brother in Law Andy. He doesn't understand the restaurant business, he's actually educated with a masters in business and accounting. That should explain his absence from the family business) - back to the brothers, we have reunited to put together a menu of our favorite foods. So, no matter where you are in the Triangle you will get the same awesome food made fresh to order with the finest ingredients at all the Cinelli locations. To ensure food quality and family recipes we have hired an expert to travel to our restaurants, Momma Cinelli.

"Mommy" as we call her, is our biggest supporter as well as our resident critic. She makes sure we don't take short cuts and make food the same way we did it in Italy. She will be moving down soon from New York and will be busy cooking Sunday Dinner for her reunited family. (Exept for Anna Maria) Andy where are you?

To our long time customers and friends we know we have shortened the menu considerably and some of your favorites maybe gone, but if you don't mind waiting a little longer and "if possible" we will always try to accommodate your requests.

As a family we thank North Carolina for reuniting us. After great succes in all of our restaurants, the North Hills store is the first time in 16 years that the brothers are joint owners in a restaurant. We hope to open one or two more restaurants in the Triangle, but we are out of brothers. (Andy, do you hear me!)

Most importantly, we are not a chain, just a hard working immigrant family, Joseph (Giuseppe), Peter (Pietro) and Gianni were born in Monte San Giovanni, Frosinone, Italy, just outside of Rome. Anna Maria and Gaitano were born in Jamaica New York. And we now all reside in the Triangle, our new home. (Last chance Andy!) We are an "American Dream", and we are still Italian boys at heart. So, when you hear "Italiano" from the chains ask them how much Italian heart and how many Italian brothers they have owning and running their "Authentic" Italian restaurants.
